We provide dedicated legal pathways for children and families of low economic means, ensuring every voice is heard and every right is protected.
PARCO Immigration Network INC is a tax exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit that is currently in the process of obtaining Recognition from the Department of Justice (DOJ). We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice or representation at this time.
OUR MISSION
Providing free and low-bono legal pathways for vulnerable children and low-income families.
As a tax-exempt non-profit, Parco Immigration Network operates with a singular focus: To provide charitable aid, educational resources, and immigration legal services to immigrant and refugee communities, prioritizing children and their families, including but not limited to, legal information assistance, direct immigration services, language and cultural integration programs, and advocacy for humanitarian causes.
OUR SERVICES
Immigration legal services program
Parco Immigration Network INC will provide professional immigration legal services primarily to low-income and indigent children and their families. Our services include legal screenings, assistance with the preparation and filing of immigration forms (such as Naturalization, DACA, and Family Petitions), humanitarian relief (U-visas, Asylum) and removal defense direct representation before the Department of Homeland Security (Pending DOJ accreditation). Please see program tab.
community education and outreach
In addition to direct legal services, we will conduct Know Your Rights workshops and educational presentations. These sessions are designed to inform the immigrant community about their legal rights, responsibilities, and available immigration benefits. By providing accurate legal information, we aim to prevent immigration fraud and empower individuals to make informed decisions about their legal status.
In addition, this program also aims to help our immigrant community with language and cultural integration.
